IT IS ALWAYS A CITY LIKE ZENOBIA THAT WE IMAGINE
Zenobia is a multistory building of mixed use, located on one of the most important arterial roads of Athens, Panormou Street.
The architectural study of Zenobia was a significant challenge for us as the lot of the future building is located at a very central and visible spot of the city and, considering its projected height, it will inevitably become an architectural landmark for the surrounding area of Ampelokipoi and the greater area of Athens.
Because of its positioning, it was decided by the owner that the building will not have just one use. The ground floor will be housing stores, the second and the third floor will be available as office spaces and the rest of the floors will become residencies to be rented out short term.
The owner is a Greek immigrant living with his family in Germany. He requested a high standard building that would have an impact on the life of the surrounding area. The European buildings serving as an example seem utopian compared to the Greek reality.
